serene escape

really good support tuk tuk comfortable beds

the staff provided really good support from the very beginning. a complimentary tuk tuk service was available for transport to the nearest train station, a small touch that improved my journey. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and i found the washing machine particularly useful.

the elevators felt cramped, and i noticed the air conditioning wasn't very effective it had only one setting. i struggled to adjust temperature. i felt that there should be some improvements.

i found the rooms to be spacious and equipped with everything i needed daily. laundry facilities were available. checking in and out was quick and easy. i appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance of massage places, convenience stores, and malls.

broken toilet seat dusty corners

the staff were nice enough and always smiling so i guess that was a plus. they have free tuk-tuk rides to the bts station.

housekeeping left much to be desired it seems. i found our room without complimentary bottled water one day and toilet paper missing another day. the room generally felt worn out like the toilet seat cap was broken and there was dust in some corners. the lifts also lack air conditioning so they felt warm inside.

damp room loud air conditioning

the staff was helpful enough when i arrived late at night which i did appreciate

the air conditioning barely worked it had only one setting and the temperature didn't change when i tried to adjust it the noise was too much so i had to turn it off at night also the room smelled damp that was pretty bad and hard to sleep with i hoped for a better room

the air conditioning was awful! it had only one setting, so i couldn't turn it up or down. adjusting the temperature didn't do anything. it was also loud, so i had to switch it off at night to sleep. the room smelled damp too. i definitely didn't appreciate that.
